Our Signature Slow Smoked Wings are awesome!

UNLIKE average chain restaurant wings:
cooked in 10 min then drowned in a concoction
of ketchup and hot sauce (hot wing sauce)…
Our wings are seasoned with our own blend of spices,
slow hickory smoked to perfection, and served with
real homemade sauce on the side.

Our whole chickens and turkeys are first prepared with
a gentle rub of our own poultry seasonings, then slow
smoked with a low fire using hickory wood.
Resulting in a very moist and tender bird
with great smoked flavor!
